The respondent No.2-Managing Director, Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Victoria Park, Meerut/competent authority shall conclude the enquiry against the petitioner preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the enquiry proceedings. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
