Savita Yadav (corpus) has stated that she is happily residing with her parents respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and has refused to join petitioner No. 2 Anil Kumar (husband of corpus). Petitioner No. 2 Anil Kumar has brought a Demand Draft of Rs. 15,000/- bearing No. 073412 dated 20.02.2025 from State Bank of India, Branch-High Court, Allahabad in favour of petitioner No. 1 Smt. Savita Yadav (corpus) which is being handed over to the petitioner No. 1 Smt. Savita Yadav (corpus) today in the Court itself. The present Habeas Corpus Petition, is accordingly, dismissed.
