At the very outset, learned A.G.A., submit that as per his instruction, the complicity of the applicant in commission of alleged offence is not found whereas, charge sheet against the accused Dakshyha Sirohi son of Sri Adesh Pal alias Bobby and Harh Rana son of Deepak Kumar has been filed on 17.02.2025. He further argued that the instant anticipatory bail has now become infructuous, copy of the letter dated 28.07.2025 has been produced before this Court and is taken on record. In view of above, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as such.
