It is stated that on 3rd February, 2025, respondent No.5, who was present in person before the Court, has agreed to provide the petitioner/applicant herein copies of the complaints/applications filed against him. However, in the order inadvertently, it has been written that “respondent No.5 has agreed to provide the petitioner copies of the complaints/applications filed against him along with status reports.” 2. Sr. No. 84 2 3. After having heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the material available on record, I am of the opinion the inadvertent error that has crept in order dated 03.02.2025 due to typographical mistake requires to be corrected. 4. The application, for the reasons stated therein, is allowed and paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of order dated 03.02.2025 passed in WP(Crl) No.04/2025 are recast as under:- “05.
