Present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Itwa, District Siddhartha Nagar to decide Case No.2353 of 2020 (Computerized Case No.T202017630302353, Sunita Vs. Moolchand), under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated time period. A copy of the order-sheet of the case has been appended to the writ petition, which indicates that although several dates have been fixed in the case, but for some reason or the other, the matter has been adjourned and the delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, with an observation that respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Itwa, District Siddhartha Nagar, would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
