1. Since the closure report has already been filed in the case which is sought to be quashed through the medium of this petition, this Court is of the considered view that the petition has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
2. The petitioners, however, shall be at liberty to move afresh in case the closure report is not accepted by the competent court of law.
3. Petition is disposed of, accordingly, alongwith connected application(s).
4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand revoked.
