Manoj Kumar Yadav & Others), arising out of Case Crime No.396 of 2015, under Sections 308, 325, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Cholapur, District-Varanasi, pending in the Court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Court No.1, Varanasi, within stipulated period. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the aforesaid case is pending since 2017, therefore, a direction may be issued to the Court below to decide the same as soon as possible. Considering the fact that the aforesaid case is pending since 2017. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
