Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:23725-DB Court No. - 42 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 23131 of 2024 Petitioner :- Lakhan Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Viveka Nand Rai Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for directing respondents to ensure fair and proper investigation of Case Crime No.110 of 2024, under section 302 IPC, P.S.Kirawali, District-North Commissionerate Agra. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that in the present matter final report has already been submitted before the competent court on 01.12.2024 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to him to agitate before the appropriate forum. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Order Date :- 19.2.2025 Manish Himwan Digitally signed by :- MANISH HIMWAN High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
