Through the medium of the instant application supported with an affidavit, the petitioner seeks the rectification of the error that is reported to have crept-in in the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in CRM(M) No. 986/2023 in respect of the mention of the date of the registration of the FIR. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and considered his submissions. 3. Ground is made out for rectification of the error crept-in in the aforesaid order. Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that the date of registration of the FIR shall be read as 24.09.2023 instead of 24.04.2023.
