This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 31.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0620 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 105 B.N.S., Police Station- Handia, District- Prayagraj (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest or harass the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report." 3. After substantial arguments once the Court has declined to interfere, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, leave may be accorded to the petitioner to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid leave.
