(2025:JHHC:23605) IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 3089 of 2025 Bhola Rajwar, aged about 40 years, S/o Bandhu Rajwar, R/o Village- Khamar, P.O.+P.S.- Chitra, District- Deoghar. … Petitioner - Versus - The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party ------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Rahul Ranjan, Advocate For the State : Mr. Sunil Kumar Dubey, A.P.P. --- 03/13.08.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. Six batteries were stolen from the under construction B.N.S.L. Tower situated at village- Machkol, Taljhari. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor anything was recovered from his possession. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. It appears that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka or his successor in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
