It was made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on the next date because the matter pertains to the year 2017. The applicant/State is continuously absent on three consecutive dates of hearings, which is sufficient to indicate that the applicant/State is not interested in further prosecution of the aforesaid applications filed by it.
