Page No.# 2/2 By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the Cause Title, Paragraph Nos. 2 & 8 as well as the Prayer Section of the AB No. 561/2025, wherein the Section under which the case has been registered is wrongly mentioned as Section 35(3) of BNS in place of Section 351(3) of BNS. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for both sides and also considering the fact that the error being typographical and inadvertent in nature, I hereby allow the present interlocutory application. Accordingly, the applicant side shall file amended/corrected pages of the Cause Title, Paragraph Nos. 2 & 8 as well as the Prayer Section in the AB No. 561/2025 mentioning Section 351(3) of BNS in place of Section 35(3) of BNS.
