Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 , 149, 302, 307, 427 and 120 of IPC . 3 . As per F.I.R. 100 unknown persons attacked on the train and snatched arms of informant (police personnel ) and others and started firing upon the police party causing death of some of the police personnel. 4. Considering the seriousness and nature of accusation, gravity of offence and other circumstances of the case , the prayer of petitioner for regular bail is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025 , learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, Patna High Court CR. MISC.
