Learned counsel for the revisionist submits the parties have reconciled the dispute during pendency of the revision and have arrived at a compromise. He further submits that a criminal case lodged at the instance of revisionist under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Sections-3/4 of D. P. Act, P. S. Armapur, district-Kanpur Nagar, has also been disposed of in terms of compromise vide order dated 22.1.2025 passed by this Court in Application U/s 482 CrPC No. 36118 of 2024. Learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 did not dispute the aforesaid facts. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
