1. State of Rajasthan through the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj Department, Government Secretariat, Jaipur.
2. Chief Executive Officer cum Additional Controller of Examination, Zila Parishad, Jhalawar. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Ms. Deepti Jindal for Mr. Amit Jindal For Respondent(s) :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 19/05/2025
1. The writ petition has been listed in the ‘Orders’ category, however, with the consent of counsel for petitioner, the writ petition has been heard finally on merits at this stage.
2. Instant writ petition was instituted way back on 09.03.2015, praying to call him for document verification to consider his candidature for appointment on the post of Teacher Grade III Level II for subject Science, Maths pursuant to advertisement dated 11.08.2013.
3. In this writ petition, no interim order was passed and counsel for petitioner fairly states that petitioner has not turned up in his office to pursue the writ petition after institution of the same. It appears that with passage of time, the recruitment process is
[2025:RJ-JP:21071] (2 of 2) [CW-3235/2015] over, hence, the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of above, the writ petition is hereby dismissed as rendered infructuous.
5. Stay application and other pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
