Perused the report dated 13.02.2025 submitted by the District Deputy Director of Consolidation/Collector, Jaunpur. A perusal of the report shows that in compliance with our orders dated 20.01.2025 and 04.02.2025, the forged and bogus entries in Chak no. 228-B have been expunged and a copy of the order dated 06.02.2025 expunging the entries passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Varanasi, Camp Jaunpur has been annexed. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record with the remark that if the petitioner feels aggrieved by this order, it will be open to him to make an application in the decided matter.
