Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 4 submits that the Office Memorandum of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) dated 8.10.2024 has been revised by Office Memorandum dated 10.02.2025 and the qualification of Master's degree of Animal Husbandry has been taken as a qualification for Livestock Production Management and as such he submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Office Memorandum has been revised, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition at this stage. 4.
