ORDER
1. The CrI'minal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, I'S filed on behalf of the Petitioner/accused No.74 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.390 of 2020 of Thulluru Police Station, Guntur District.
2. A case has been registered against the petitioner/accused No.74 and others for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,302,324 & 109 r/w 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on the night of 27.12.2020, on the abetment of one Nandigam suresh, M.P., nearly 100 persons of Madiga community including the petitioner and other accused, armed with knives, axes, iron rods and stones, attacked the Malapalli, created havoc and murdered the deceased when the deceased and her community people opposed an attempt to name Malapalli as sri Babu Jagjivan Ram Colony, without the permissl-on of the Government.

5. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the petitioner belongs to velagapudi village. There is no accusation in the F.I.R. against the petitioner herein. The petitioner l's arrayed as accused No.74 in the Crime No.390 of 2020. During ?-.fat `\_
2 the course of investigation, witnesses have been examined by the police, wherein some of the witnesses are alleged to have stated that the petitioner was present at the scene of offence.
