This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the petitioner, seeking correction of inadvertent typographical mistake which has crept in the order dated 09.04.2025, passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 927/2025. 3. It appears that in the said order, inadvertently, it was mentioned that the petitioner was allowed to go on bail of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Kamrup(M), instead of the learned Special Judge, Kokrajhar. 4. As the aforesaid error appears to be an inadvertent typographical mistake, same needs to be rectified. 5. Therefore, it is hereby ordered that the reference to the learned Special Judge, Kamrup(M), in the Bail Order dated 09.04.2025, passed in Bail Application No. 927/2025 shall be read as the learned Special Judge, Kokrajhar.
