The reasons stated in the restoration petition is that the petitioner-counsel was seriously ill and could not come to Court and he asked his colleague Mr. Arun Kumar Lal to take pass over but Mr. Arun Kumar Lal being busy in another Court could not come which resulted the case in dismissal for default. 3. The reasons stated in the restoration Patna High Court MJC No.3713 of 2024(4) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 petition is satisfactory, therefore, the present MJC petition is allowed restoring C.W.J.C.
