JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ) Petitioner/complainant has sought to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents/accused alleging non-compliance and willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.201788/2022 dated 20.09.2023. 2. The petitioner approached this Court by way of filing writ petition seeking a direction to consider her case for regularization of service. The learned Single Judge, while disposing of the writ petition, permitted the petitioner to give one more representation to the respondent-authorities seeking redressal of her grievance and directed respondent No.2 therein, to consider the said representation within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 3. The Deputy Director of Pre-University and Vocational Education, Vijayapur i.e., respondent No.3 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:3513-DB CCC No. 200166 of 2024 herein has filed an affidavit reporting compliance of the order passed by this Court. It is stated that on 27.12.2023 a departmental endorsement was issued addressing to the complainant stating that she is not eligible for the merger to the post. Copy of the endorsement is produced at Annexure-R1. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner/complainant has received the said endorsement issued by respondent No.3 and therefore, he is not precipitating the contempt petition.
