Ekta & Another, under section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act 2005 as well as the impugned judgment and order dated 06.07.2024 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) F.T.C., Court No.2, Muzaffarnagar in Case No.30/11 of 2019 (Ekta Vs. Vikrant Kakran and others), under sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Titawi, District Muzaffarnagar. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 as well as learned AGA has objected to the maintainability of the application on the ground that a revision would lie under Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. or 442 of BNSS. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the said fact. 5. Accordingly, the application is disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to challenge the order by way of revision. 6. Certified copy be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant subject to furnishing photocopy of the same.
