Mr.P.Sathish, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. 3.Considering this limited request, the present Writ Petition is allowed and a mandamus is issued to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal dated 20.05.2024 after giving personal hearing to the petitioner within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed with the above directions.
