Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard Sri V.M. Zaidi, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri M.J. Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 06-11-2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0605 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 351(3), Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Chandpur, District Bijnor. 3.
