2. Heard Mr. A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Authority appearing for the respondents.
3. During hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would contend that this matter is squarely covered by this Court Order dated 04.03.2025 in W.P.No.5163 of 2025 and requested to pass similar order in this writ petition also. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents conceded the same.
