Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of the order dated 05.01.2021 issued by the State Government through Mining Department whereby, the mining lease of the petitioner has been cancelled. The order is taken on record. Referring to the aforesaid order, learned counsel submits that in view of cancellation of petitioner’s mining lease, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.
