Heard Smt Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 3. The 4th respondent has filed counter affidavit stating that the petitioner was never asked to vacate from the subject land and that there is no Land Acquisition procedure in respect of the subject property and there is no proposal for issuance of house site pattas in respect of subject property. 4. In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed, accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
