In this petition, petitioner has challenged Government Order dated 01.03.2018. By the said Government Order, it was provided that the doctors, who have executed a bond while pursuing medical education, will have to serve for requisite length of service in Government hospitals at remote places, and the services rendered by them as Senior Resident, will not be counted towards the bonded service. 4. Since the writ petition was filed in 2018 and the petitioner would have been appointed as doctor in a hospital, therefore, the challenge to the condition mentioned in the impugned Government Order, do not survive any longer. 5.
