The petitioners had earlier approached this Court through Matters Under Article 227 No.2122 of 2023, wherein this Court on 28.02.2023 had directed the Court below to expedite 6-C(2) application and decide the same within a period of 60 days. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that till date the said application has not been decided. The prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said application. In view of the said facts, the Civil Judge (Junior Division)-IInd, Ballia is hereby directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the application 6-C(2) as directed by this Court on 28.02.2023, within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
