Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to quash the orders dated 29.11.2021 and 30.11.2024 passed by the respondent no.2- Employees Compensation Commissioner/Deputy Labour Commissioner, Meerut are under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondent that against the aforesaid orders, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 30 of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923. 3. This fact is also admitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 5.
