Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2) This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of 80 days of delay in preparing the connected Criminal Appeal. 3) Mr. Sarma has submitted that the State has no objection if the delay is condoned. 4) I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both the sides. 5) The delay stands condoned accordingly. 6) The connected criminal appeal shall be registered and listed for admission hearing. 7) Accordingly, this I.A. stands disposed of.
