The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to direct the learned trial court (Additional District Judge/ F.T.C.-1, Ghazipur) to decide the Sessions Trial No.171 of 2024 (State Vs. Subhash Bind and others) arising out of Case Crime No.696 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 376, 377, 313, 498A I.P.C. and Section-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur, within a stipulated period. 3. From the perusal of the record, it appears that the session trial is of the year 2024, therefore, at this stage the Court cannot direct the trial court to expedite the trial. 4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file an application to expedite the trial at appropriate stage, if there is delay on the part of the accused or Presiding Officer to decide the trial.
