Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding direct to the Respondent No. 2, not interfere in the peaceful possession of the Gata No. 660 area 0.2660hect. Village Nadiha Bujurg, Tehsil Bilhaur. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding direct to the respondents have not raise construction as a Police Chauki till the disposal of the present writ petition. c) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding direct to the Respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 30.11.2024 moved by the petitioner." 3. Instructions submitted today by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that no interference has been made over the bhumidhari land of petitioner being Gata No.660 and the Police Chawki has been constructed over Gata No.659. 5. In view of the stand taken by the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of with direction that respondents will not interfere over the bhumidhari land of petitioner i.e. Gata No.660, except in accordance with law.
