In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of the Director of Higher Education disclosing that the representation of the applicant has been decided vide order dated 15.1.2025. The order 15.1.2025 rejects the representation of the applicant. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 15.1.2025 on merits before the appropriate forum.
