He submits that since award is not under challenge, therefore, the prayer of the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to pay compensation @ Rs. 20,300/- per square meter cannot be accepted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, having regard to the said submission, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition challenging the award or avail such other remedy, as may be advised. 3.
