Patel Nagar, District Dehradun. 4. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet dated 03.03.2022 has been filed by the Police against petitioners along with two more co-accused person, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is left open to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum.
