The present application has been filed under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence imposed upon the applicant Md. Saiful Ali @ Saisul Ali by the learned Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon in Criminal Appeal No.02/2019. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 4. The prayer of the applicant is allowed. 5. The sentence imposed upon Md. Saiful Ali @ Saisul Ali in Criminal Appeal No.02/2019 shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected Criminal Revision Petition (Crl.Rev.P./141/2025).
