ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order dated 06.01.2025 passed by Respondent No.3 rejecting the Mee- seva Application bearing No.FMC241108006817 dated 08.11.2024 of petitioner for issuance of family member certificate as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.145 Revenue (Ser.ll) Department, dated 25.04.2015 and violative of fundamental rights under Art 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently to direct the Respondent No.3 to issue family member certificate in acceptance of Mee-seva Application bearing No.FMC241108006817 dated 08.11.2024 to the petitioner expeditiously by setting aside the rejection order of Respondent No.3 dated 06.01.2025 and pass such other
order.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents to reconsider the application dated 08.11.2024 made by the petitioner for issuance of family member certificate.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh application along with all the documents required documents, the respondents will consider and dispose of the same within a reasonable time.
5. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the
judgment of the Apex Court in “The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh1”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. This Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application along with all the documents filed herewith i.e., death certificate and notary affidavits, within a period of one(1) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After receipt of the application along with the documents, respondent No.3 shall consider the same and issue certificate, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and if the claim of the petitioner is in order, within a period of four(4) weeks thereafter.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
