Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a suitable writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Case no. 1987 of 2024 Computer case no. T0202417140101987 (Gram Shabha Vs. Ram Lochan and other's) under section 34 of Land Revenue code 2006 regarding to land situated Village Rikhepur Tappa Sikander Pur, Pargana-Almodha, Tahsil Harriya District-Basti. As possible with in time which is fixed by this Hon'ble Court otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner, who is complainant, is not a party to the proceedings and, therefore, prayer made by the petitioner cannot be granted. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the above-mentioned proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same will be decided by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. 6.
