The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus thereby to direct the respondent authorities to produce the petitioner no.1/Corpus before this Court, who has been illegally detained by respondent no.4 and set her on liberty. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. raised a preliminary objection by way of submitting that the entire allegation whatsoever has been put forward through the instant petition is subject matter of outcome of the investigation which is still pending in shape of Case Crime No.397 of 2024, under section 137(2) B.N.S., P.S. Sarai Khwaja, District- Jaunpur. 4. When confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioners could not overcome the same. 5.
