This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioners for a direction to learned District Judge, Haridwar, to decide the Misc. Case No.102 of 2023 Smt. Kirti Gupta and Ors. Vs. Arbitrator and Anr., under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, pending before the learned District Judge, Haridwar, expeditiously or within stipulated period. 5. From perusal of the record, it transpires that though the aforesaid Misc. Case has been filed by the petitioners on 23.11.2023, but, till date, the service has not been effected upon the respondents. 6. Today, both the respondents are before this Court through their respective counsel. Now, learned counsel for the respondents undertake that respondents shall put in their appearance before the learned District Judge, Haridwar in Misc. Case No.102 of 2023 Smt. Kirti Gupta and Ors.
