This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 18.08.2023 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.8643 of 2023.

Smt.Kopparthi Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of the contempt, the orders disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt have been complied with and the Tahsildar- respondent No.4 has passed orders. However, sought liberty to question the said orders.
3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to question the orders passed by the Tahsildar- respondent No.4, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
