Narendar, C.J.) Learned Deputy Advocate General would submit that in compliance with the earlier order of this Court dated 06.09.2024, protection was given to the petitioners. He would further submit that in case there is any further threat perception to the lives of the petitioners, the concerned SHO shall make a fresh assessment of the threat perception, and will provide necessary protection, if required. 2. The submission of the learned DAG is placed on record. 3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed off, as no further orders are required.
