The applicants have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. beseeching expeditious disposal of Misc. Restoration Application No. 556 of 2024 (Archana Gupta and another Vs. Sunil Kumar Patwa), arising out of Original Case No. 7 of 2005 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family court, Fatehpur. 3. It is submitted that restoration application along with delay condonation application dated 19.06.2023 has been filed against the order dated 25.08.2023. It is next submitted that till date no fruitful steps have been taken to decide the aforesaid matter. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection, if a direction is issued to the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid matter at the earliest. 5. In this conspectus as above, no useful purpose would be served to keep this matter pending. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to finally dispose of the present application, without making any observation on the merits of the case, as mentioned in the instant application, with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid matter strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, as early as possible. 6.
