After due deliberation at length, learned counsel for the applicants has prayed to dismiss the instant application as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal under SC/ST Act against the order passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST Act. 3. As such, instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
