The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the matter relating to compensation of the acquired land of the petitioner in accordance with law. 2. It appears from the averments made in the writ petition that the petitioner had executed sale-deed in respect of his land in favour of the State. His grievance is that he has not been paid proper compensation. 3. Copy of the sale-deed has not been annnexed. There is no pleading as to how the sale consideration amount was inadequate. 4.
