Heard Mr. M.U. Mondal, learned counsel for the applicants; Mr. S.M.T. Chisti, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2; and Mr. S. Bora, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 6.
2. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants for impleadment of Sri Narayan Konwar, Secretary to the Government of Assam, School Education Department; Smti. Suranjana Senapati, Director of Elementary Education, Assam; and Sri Akash Deep, Principal Secretary, BTC, as contemnor Nos. 9, 10 & 11 respectively.
3. Mr. Mondal, learned counsel for the applicants submits that in place of the earlier contemnors new incumbents have joined and as such, they are required to be impleaded as contemnor Nos. 9, 10 & 11 in Contempt Case (C) No. 410/2021.
4. On the other hand, Mr. Bora and Mr. Chisti, learned counsel for the contemnors submits that they have no objection in the event of allowing this interlocutory application.
5. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties and also the given facts and circumstances on the record, this interlocutory application stands allowed.

6. Sri Narayan Konwar, Secretary to the Government of Assam, School Education Department; Smti. Suranjana Senapati, Director of Elementary Education, Assam; and Sri Akash Deep, Principal Secretary, BTC shall be impleaded as respondents/contemnors No. 9, 10 & 11 in Contempt Case (C) No. 410/2021.
7. In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
