In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, an afÏdavit of compliance has been filed by Shri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, Advocate, on behalf of the opposite party disclosing that an amount of Rs. 2,48,351/- has been credited in the account of the applicant against the arrears of salary due to him from September, 2024 to December, 2025. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. It is clarified that in case any of the averment made in the afÏdavit filed by the opposite party are false or there is any future non-compliance of the order passed by the writ Court, the applicant shall be at liberty to either file a recall application for recall of the present order or to file a fresh contempt application.
