Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Sections 4, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. It is alleged that on pretext of marriage, this petitioner established physical relation with the informant and thereafter, refused to solemnize marriage with her. Victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that this petitioner established physical relation with her on false promise of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53888 of 2025(4) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 marriage. 4. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
